nonok Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and nonok ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of nonok.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account features, and payment services offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the nonok platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the nonok platform regardless of location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on nonok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• 3You must not already hold an active nonok account. Only one account per person, household address, shared computer, or shared IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and all associated funds forfeited pending investigation.
• 4You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nonok, or an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and their relatives are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of nonok, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. nonok does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error, and shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond nonok's reasonable control. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, nonok will investigate and apply a fair resolution in accordance with established industry practice and the specific terms applicable to the game or market in question.

10. Amendments to These Terms

nonok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players.
